Refunds & Returns Policy
Because each item is made just for you, we’re not able to accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
What we cover
We offer free replacements or refunds if your item:

Arrives damaged or defective

Has a clear printing or quality issue

Is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it quickly.
What we don’t cover
We’re not able to offer refunds or returns for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
Since everything is made to order, we’re unable to restock or resell returned items.
Shipping issues
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you once the carrier confirms the issue. If tracking shows the order as delivered, we’re not able to guarantee a replacement, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
Production & delivery times
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
