Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50+.

Because each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Order processing & production
All items are custom-made once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping & delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or customs processing.

Tracking your order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping delays
While we work with reliable carriers, we’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within:

  • 30 days of the estimated delivery date (Canada & U.S.)

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivered but not received
If tracking shows your order as delivered, we’re unable to guarantee a replacement or refund. However, we’ll do our best to help you locate the package.
